Iconic landscaping were asked to create the ‘wow factor’ for this beautiful property in Bronte. On the wishlist was a large pavilion, encasing a BBQ, bar fridge, pizza oven, TV and fireplace. Along with a pool and water feature. The clients wanted a backyard that they could sit back and relax with a drink, a space they could use all year round.
A counter lever pavilion and table were created to limit posts and create that open feeling in this small backyard. The marble table was custom built with a troff perfect to house ice cold drinks while entertaining and to top it all off outdoor garden speakers were installed.
The glass beaded pool holds a stunning fire/water feature creating a real talking point with the wow factor.
Plants were carefully selected by our design and horticulturist team, including ghost bamboo, Japanese maple, alcanteria imperials, philodendron xanadu, catalpa trees, liriope, tiger grass bamboo in the rear. In the front of the property plants featured include, Lilly Pillys, snow maidens, weeping prunus falling snow, buxus micra micra and a well established featured tree - Xanthorrhoea.
Spotted gum timber posts and a stepping deck lead up to the front of the home creating a grand entrance. Both front and backyard are fitted out with an irrigation system and outdoor lighting.
